Veronica Pullover

Veronica Pullover

This pattern is a tribute to my absolute hate of seaming. There is not one seam to be found in this pattern and its open treble crochet stitches make this pullover super summer-friendly.

The sleeves are 3/4 length and wide narrowing down to the elbow, keeping it breezy and relaxed with a wide neckhole yoke designed to be comfortable and versatile.

I used Crochet.com Cotlin for this pattern to keep with the light, summery feel. Which you can find here: CotLin Yarn in 40+ Colors | Crochet.com

Materials:

  • 4.5 mm crochet hook

  • #3 weight yarn

  • for striped pattern:

  • Starting color 55% of total yards

  • 4 other colors 11% of total yards (each)

  • yarn needle

Notes:

  • Yoke rows are worked in turning Rows, then the body changes to turning Rounds

  • Rows written as "10-1" are working bottom up from rows 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, etc to row 1

  • if your yarn has a lot of stretch, consider going down a size as the CotLin used here has very little

Special Stitches:

  • Treble crochet (tc):

    • YO twice, insert hook into next st. YO and draw yarn through stitch(4 loops).YO and draw through 2 loops 3 times

  • tc2tog

    • repeat instructions for tc twice only drawing through 2 loops 2 times.YO and draw through all 4 loops on hook.
